Summary
Conducts UAT and manual testing for banking/finance web apps, writing test cases and tracking defects with business users and developers.
Responsibilities
- Review business and functional requirements to develop test scenarios, test plans, and testing schedules
- Design and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing
- Execute manual testing for web applications and integrated systems to validate business processes and system functionality
- Perform regression testing, production validation, and verified system integrations and interfaces
- Log, track, and retest defects, working closely with developers and vendors to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate testing activities with business users, product owners, developers, vendors, and technology teams, including UAT support
- Prepare test status reports, defect summaries, quality metrics, and test completion documentation
- Maintain testing documentation and ensured compliance with project governance, testing standards, and best practices
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Experience in UAT, Business Analytics functions in Banking & Finance
