We are looking for a UAV Equipment Test Engineer to work with drone equipment and unmanned systems in the defense sector.
The main focus of this role is testing equipment in real-world conditions, identifying technical issues, and collecting feedback to help improve the product.

Responsibilities:
Test and validate UAV and drone-related equipment;
Conduct field tests and evaluate equipment performance;
Identify, document, and report technical issues;
Collect feedback from end users and communicate it to the engineering team;
Work directly with military units and brigades during testing and implementation;
Support continuous improvement of the equipment based on test results and field feedback.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with UAVs, drones, or related equipment;
Strong technical background and understanding of unmanned systems;
Experience working with or alongside military units/brigades;
Ability to diagnose technical issues and clearly document test results;
Willingness to work hands-on with hardware and participate in field testing.
Military service or veteran experience would be a strong advantage.
