uCMDB Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for uCMDB during business hours (08:00–16:00), with no on-call duty required.
• Support daily application operations and ensure stable service delivery.
• Provide basic support for interfaces and integrations connected to the uCMDB environment.
• Coordinate technical issues, incidents, and requirements with the software vendor.
• Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in uCMDB support and/or application operations.
• Understanding of application support processes and basic integration support.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Language Skills

• English or German.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and configuration management processes.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and support organizations.

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.
