We work at scales where real impact happens: enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions of people. Our projects include national workforce platforms (Qiwa, Ajeer), education ecosystems (Madares), major banks (Bank Pekao, Alinma), global telecoms (Ooredoo, Salam), and international brands (KFC, Hebe, NaTemat, Enel-Med).

Our uniqueness comes from going beyond design craft. As we wrote in our manifestos, Strategic Design Manifest and Strategic Design: The Future of Design, design craft is only 10% of success. The other 90%, the Invisible 90%, is about navigating politics, aligning stakeholders, and protecting fragile visions until they reach reality.

That’s why we’re building the discipline of Strategic Design, and we invite you to cooperate with us in this area.

Scope of services

  • Defining the visual direction and style for digital products, including typography, colour, UI patterns, and design systems

  • Leading and directing design process for a wide range of products

  • Developing brand identity and guidelines while ensuring consistency across all product and brand touchpoints.

  • Leading UI projects and directing the design process from concept to delivery

  • Collaborating directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and presenting design concepts and solutions (with PM support)

  • Improving workflows, establishing internal design processes, and maintaining visual standards

  • Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers)

  • Creating marketing and communication materials

  • Logo design or refinement, if required (nice to have)

  • Mentor junior and mid UI designers, providing training and support


What we are looking for

  • Extraordinary skills in terms of layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, typography

  • 3+ years of documented commercial experience

  • Extensive portfolio of commercial projects

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1)

  • Great communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out

  • Good understanding of business and technology

  • Extreme attention to details

Nice to have

  • Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D or animation

  • Experience in brand identity design

  • Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)

Cooperation terms

  • B2B cooperation for independent contractors

  • Suggested commercial range:
    Mid 12 000 - 15 000 PLN net + VAT per month,
    Senior 15 000 - 19 000 PLN net + VAT per month

  • Remote cooperation.

  • Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment

  • Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance

  • For long-term B2B collaborators, there may be an option to purchase selected benefits, such as a MultiSport card or enel-med medical packages, on preferential group terms, subject to provider availability and applicable conditions

  • Possibility to cooperate with experienced specialists from strategy, design, research, product, analytics, technology and delivery areas
