Job Summary
Design and develop user interfaces by creating wireframes, prototypes, and graphic elements. Collaborate with UX researchers and developers to deliver cohesive digital product designs that meet stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to define intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Design graphic elements such as menus, widgets, and tabs to enhance visual appeal and usability
- Build interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate design functionality and user interaction
- Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with UX researchers to integrate user insights into design solutions
- Work closely with front-end developers to align design implementation with technical feasibility
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders to gather feedback and drive design decisions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in UI or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating execution of web and mobile projects
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent experience
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in teams
