UI Designer at BairesDev

As a UI Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will translate complex requirements into clean, functional designs, ensuring a seamless journey for users across various digital products.

What You'll Do:

- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma to communicate design intent.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across projects.
- Conduct user research and apply findings to iterate on designs and solve complex usability challenges.
- Implement accessibility standards to ensure digital products are inclusive and usable for all individuals.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and ideation to final handoff and implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with technical constraints and business objectives.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UI Design or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Figma and creating comprehensive design systems.
- Strong proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) within interface designs.
- Ability to manage end-to-end design processes for both user experience and interface on small teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
