UI Developer / Front End Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering responsive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces while working closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies.

• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, visually appealing, and reusable components.

• Work collaboratively with design and backend teams to deliver seamless application experiences.

• Improve application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.

• Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following frontend development best practices.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data operations.

• Conduct code reviews, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Troubleshoot application defects and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance.

• Follow emerging frontend technologies, coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and security practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and component-based application development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management tools such as Redux or MobX.

• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and API integration.

• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and responsive web design.

• Experience using Git or other version control systems.

• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with TypeScript and strongly typed JavaScript applications.

• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.

• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors, including SASS or LESS.

• Experience with build and bundling tools such as Webpack and Babel.

• Understanding of web accessibility standards and frontend security practices.

• Exposure to modern frontend development methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7–15 years of overall professional experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS.

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Ability to deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced development environment.
