1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The UI/UX Application Developer works with the existing technical team to design, develop, and maintain
application interfaces that align with the internal business model. This role requires a solid understanding of
the software development lifecycle, strong technical expertise, and precise technical problem-solving skills.
Professional communication skills and project management experience are required. Knowledge of Salesforce
and/or Tableau is essential; this position requires coding skills such as Java and experience with web-driven
technologies for various internal data-driven applications and external client-facing applications.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, code, test, and deploy applications according to business and technical requirements.
- Maintain, develop, and support web-based client portals.
- Develop new processes and workflows in Salesforce Lightning.
- Assist with QA work, such as code reviews and data testing.
- Ability to work within an Agile environment, provide and accurately communicate updates as part of the
project management process.
- Maintain existing applications and provide support for users when needed.
- Ensure documentation is created and accurate for all development procedures.
- Review applications for security and validate they are scalable and aligned with best practices.
- Approach technical problems with creativity, innovation, and flexibility.
- Adaptability when analyzing logic to research all resources for a variety of solutions.
- Attention to detail when developing and communicating with coworkers.
3. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Background in application development and systems integration
- Experience designing and developing UI/UX for customer-facing portals
- Salesforce development
- Experience in web-driven technologies and API’s
- Knowledge of Agile principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
