The UI/UX Design Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to build a strong portfolio, work on real projects under the guidance of experienced designers, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.
Applications are open in Georgia: candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.
What we offer:
- 4 months: from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.
- Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.

Who we are looking for:
Someone who is passionate about creating effective digital products and growing professionally in UI/UX Design.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher (verbal communication).
- Completion of UI/UX Design courses.
- Confident use of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
- A portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or another platform.
- Understanding of UX processes and interface design principles.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work with feedback.
Nice to have:
- German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience conducting UX research.
