UI/UX Designer AI operator

Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and SaaS products.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
Collect and clarify non-complex requirements with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, UX audits, and behavior analysis.
Perform UX benchmarking for active projects and detailed competitor feature analysis.
Translate business requirements, research insights, and product data into effective design solutions.
Contribute to Go-to-Market activities through user, market, competitor, and product positioning research.
Create and maintain Figma components and design systems.
Use AI tools for research, ideation, analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders from discovery through implementation.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver agreed outputs within established deadlines and SLA.
Requirements
2+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both the design process and final solutions.
Strong proficiency in Figma, FigJam, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
Experience designing web, mobile, and SaaS products.
Experience conducting interviews, UX research, usability testing, and UX audits.
Ability to collect requirements and translate them into clear design solutions.
Experience with UX benchmarking and structured competitor analysis.
Basic understanding of Go-to-Market concepts: target audience, value proposition, positioning, and differentiation.
Data-informed approach and ability to justify decisions using research, metrics, and business context.
Practical experience using AI tools in design and research workflows.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and development constraints.
Ability to work independently across several projects and evolving requirements.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Experience in an outsourcing or consulting company.
Experience working directly with international clients.
Familiarity with product analytics tools and product metrics.
Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development.
