UI/UX Designer — AMK
Description
Responsibilities
Design user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps, web platforms and internal tools.
Work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet user needs and business goals.
Lead a team of two designers.
Develop concepts and prototypes while supporting ongoing feature development.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
Review designs during development to ensure quality and consistency.
Research design trends, UI/UX patterns, tools and competitor products.
Analyse usage data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Participate in team discussions and planning sessions.
Requirements
At least 6 years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio of work across digital platforms.
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear user flows and intuitive designs.
Strong visual design skills. Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.
Good understanding of UX principles for mobile, web and touch interfaces.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Axure RP or similar tools.
Able to use research and data to support design decisions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of design systems and overall design strategy.
