UI/UX designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Frontend UI/UX Design Engineer** to lead the development of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, working closely with software developers, product managers, and users to create best-in-class human-machine interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Create intuitive UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (e.g., using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Develop frontend components with a focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), and performance
• Collaborate with backend and embedded teams to integrate APIs and data-driven visualizations (e.g., charts, live camera feeds, status indicators)
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and behavioral analytics
• Optimize UI for cross-platform compatibility (Web, tablet, embedded HMI screens)
• Ensure a consistent design language across all platforms and maintain reusable component libraries
• Translate product requirements and UX goals into scalable interface solutions
• Stay updated with frontend design trends, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in frontend UI/UX development for web or embedded systems
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for real-world applications
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin, or similar
• Solid understanding of responsive design, layout grids, typography, and color theory
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and real-time data visualization (e.g., charts, video streams, device controls)
• Attention to detail, with a passion for clean and user-centric design
• Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing UI for industrial, surveillance, or control systems (e.g., NVR, CCTV, SCADA, dashboards)
• Familiarity with WebSocket, video streaming (RTSP/WebRTC), or camera control UI
• Experience with embedded GUI development (Qt, LVGL, or HTML5 on embedded Linux)
• Knowledge of design systems (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind, Ant Design) and component libraries
• Understanding of accessibility (A11Y) and internationalization (i18n) principles
