We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join a project based in Brussels.

The role focuses on designing user-centred digital solutions, user interfaces, prototypes, and usability testing. You will work with modern web technologies, design and prototyping tools, accessibility standards, and design systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centred interfaces and digital solutions.

  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.

  • Apply UX design best practices, including user interface ergonomics and responsive design.

  • Apply accessibility, data protection, and security principles.

  • Work with target audiences, personas, and user stories.

  • Develop usability test plans for all stages of the digital solution lifecycle.

  • Conduct user testing using different techniques and methods, including remote usability testing, A/B testing, hallway testing, and post-release testing.

  • Support cross-browser compatibility and testing.

  • Apply web ergonomics, usability, and accessibility principles.

  • Apply visual and typographic design principles.

  • Work with design systems and component libraries.

  • Work in an agile development environment.

Tech stack

eUI, Angular, React, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Figma, WCAG, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Confluence

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Good knowledge of the eUI framework.

  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.

  • Understanding of W3C standards, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO principles.

  • Knowledge of wireframing and interactive prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer.js, Figma, or similar.

  • Knowledge of design and graphical tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

  • Knowledge of customization of collaborative tools such as Atlassian Confluence or similar.

  • Knowledge of UX design best practices, responsive design, data protection, and security principles.

  • Knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

  • Experience with usability testing and user testing techniques.

  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and testing.

  • Knowledge of web ergonomics, usability, and accessibility.

  • Knowledge of fundamental visual and typographic design disciplines and principles.

  • Experience working in agile development environments.

  • Understanding of security practices and protocols.

  • Experience with design system tools and component library management.

Project details

  • Rate: 160–250 PLN/hour.

  • Location: Brussels, Belgium.

  • Work model: near-site.
