UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer (User Interface/User Experience Designer) is responsible for creating the visual and interactive elements of digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly, aesthetically consistent, and aligned with the company’s brand.


This is a hybrid role based in Ghana

Duties

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and application function and look.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers.


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven UI/UX design experience of 3-5 years with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator).
  • Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle).
