UI/UX Designer
Summary
Designs intuitive interfaces and user flows for a social-media platform, using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
UI/UX Designer (User Interface/User Experience Designer) is responsible for creating the visual and interactive elements of digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly, aesthetically consistent, and aligned with the company’s brand.
Duties
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and application function and look.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven UI/UX design experience of 3-5 years with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator).
- Understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle).
