We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our growing portfolio of digital transformation projects with government entities. What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design;
  • Fluent Estonian (spoken and written) for direct communication with customer representatives;
  • 2+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications;
  • Experience working on SaaS-based products is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
  • Ability to adapt to new input and feedback and apply critical thinking;
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating closely with product, development, and business development teams;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of user experience, technology, and design;
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate stakeholder needs into a clear design vision through field research, user interviews, usability testing, competitor research, and other relevant methods;
  • Create and manage the design vision in close cooperation with stakeholders and the development team;
  • Prioritise, create, and iterate on prototypes for new features using tools such as Figma;
  • Validate designs and usability with stakeholders and incorporate feedback;
  • Prepare design-related tasks and requirements for the development team using agreed formats and tools, such as Jira;
  • Design solutions for identified bugs, usability issues, and UX/UI blockers.
