About the Role

Tezza Business Solutions, a leading Software QA and Testing multinational, is seeking a UI/UX Designer Intern to help design intuitive, modern, and visually consistent digital products working with product managers and developers to understand user needs, organize workflows, and improve application experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Translate product requirements into clear, usable interfaces
• Improve existing application screens and workflows
• Design dashboards, forms, tables, cards, modals, and onboarding flows
• Create and maintain reusable design components; contribute to the design system
• Work closely with developers during implementation
• Conduct basic UX research and competitor analysis
• Create prototypes to demonstrate user interactions
• Organize Figma files and components properly
• Participate in product discussions and design reviews

Requirements

• Recent graduate, self-taught professional, or early-career individual
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design; relevant training or projects required
• Familiarity with Figma and UI design fundamentals
• Understanding of UX principles, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes
• Understanding of responsive design and reusable components
• Nice to have: SaaS/dashboard/fintech design experience, basic HTML/CSS, accessibility knowledge, usability testing experience
