UI / UX - Designer
Summary
Designs intuitive web and mobile interfaces using Sketch, wireframes, and AI tools, leading UX discovery to UI delivery for complex applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design strategy for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless transition from UX discovery to UI delivery.
Utilize Sketch to create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive site maps, user flows, and personas based on user research.
Maintain and expand internal design libraries to ensure visual consistency.
Leverage AI-powered design tools and prompt-driven workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design validation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Required Qualifications
8–15 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design (portfolio required).
Expert-level proficiency in Sketch for interface design and asset management.
Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
A strong eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive design layouts.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed specialized Design courses or certifications.
Design Thinking: Experience facilitating workshops or using Design Thinking frameworks to solve complex problems.
Web Development Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern frameworks (React/Vue) to better collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
Basic understanding of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG).
Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Apple ecosystem design patterns.
