JAPFA mencari UI/UX Designer yang kreatif dan berorientasi pada pengguna untuk merancang pengalaman digital yang intuitif bagi sistem internal maupun platform digital eksternal. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi yang mudah digunakan melalui analisis UX, penyusunan arsitektur informasi, wireframe, desain UI, serta bekerja sama dengan tim developer untuk memastikan implementasi dan penyelesaian proyek berjalan dengan baik.

Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan analisis UX untuk memahami kebutuhan bisnis dan kebutuhan pengguna.
• Menyusun user flow, customer journey, information architecture, dan sitemap website.
• Mendesain wireframe, mockup, prototype, dan antarmuka pengguna (UI) untuk aplikasi web maupun mobile.
• Mengembangkan antarmuka yang responsif, mudah digunakan, dan menarik sesuai dengan praktik terbaik UX/UI.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer, dan stakeholder selama proses pengembangan proyek.
• Menyiapkan spesifikasi desain dan aset yang dibutuhkan oleh tim developer.
• Mendukung implementasi WordPress dan memastikan hasil pengembangan sesuai dengan desain yang telah disetujui.
• Melakukan usability testing serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna dan hasil analisis.
• Menjaga konsistensi desain melalui design system dan komponen UI yang dapat digunakan kembali.
• Mengikuti perkembangan tren, tools, dan teknologi terbaru di bidang UI/UX.

Persyaratan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Desain Komunikasi Visual, Teknologi Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai UI/UX Designer.
• Memiliki portofolio yang menunjukkan proses UX, wireframe, prototype, dan desain UI.
• Menguasai Figma serta tools desain UI/UX lainnya seperti Adobe XD atau Sketch.
• Memahami metodologi UX, user-centered design, information architecture, dan prinsip usability.
• Berpengalaman mendesain aplikasi web dan mobile yang responsif.
• Memiliki pemahaman mengenai WordPress, HTML, dan CSS menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
• Teliti serta memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.

Job Summary

JAPFA is seeking a creative and user-centered UI/UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for both internal systems and external digital platforms. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into user-friendly solutions through UX analysis, information architecture, wireframes, UI design, and collaboration with developers to ensure successful implementation and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX analysis to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Create user flows, customer journeys, information architecture, and website sitemaps.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces following UX/UI best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for development teams.
• Support WordPress implementation and ensure the developed website matches approved designs.
• Conduct usability testing and recommend continuous improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and reusable UI components.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design.
• Proficient in Figma and other UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and CSS is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing corporate websites or digital platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly and responsive web design principles.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Basic understanding of front-end development processes.
