- You collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life – ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and feasible
- You explore and apply AI-supported design tools in your daily work – from prototyping to content generation – and stay curious about how AI can enhance product experiences
- You support the design of emerging interaction patterns, including conversational interfaces, adaptive components, and personalized experiences
- You contribute to user testing and iteration cycles, helping to refine designs based on feedback and data
- You work within established design systems in Figma, applying components, tokens, and styles consistently while contributing to their evolution over time

- You present your work clearly, explaining your design decisions and incorporating feedback constructively
- You support workshops and collaborative sessions, contributing ideas and helping teams align on solutions
- You take ownership of your tasks and deliverables, showing initiative while learning from more senior team members
- You have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment
- You bring a portfolio that demonstrates solid foundations in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual execution
- You are confident translating requirements and user needs into structured flows and well-crafted interfaces
- You have initial experience with AI-supported design tools (e.g. generative design, prototyping assistants) and a growing understanding of designing for AI-driven products
- You are proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, and prototyping, and are comfortable working within existing design systems
- You understand how to collaborate within shared design environments (libraries, versioning, handoff practices)
- You have a good eye for visual design, with a solid grasp of typography, layout, and color, and can apply brand guidelines consistently
- You are familiar with core UX methods, including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration
- Your communication skills are strong – you can explain your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow your skills in both design craft and strategic thinking
- You are comfortable working in dynamic environments and bring a proactive, reliable mindset to your work
- You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- A central role in a dynamic, independent design consultancy with an international portfolio spanning enterprise product design, city identity, design systems, and regulated industries
- Direct access to partners and senior leadership – flat hierarchies, real autonomy, and room to shape how we do product strategy
- A dedicated team of high-profile designers and strategists driven by a no-ego, high-craft culture
- Personal responsibility, space for your own ideas, and the opportunity to grow with the company and the practice
- 30 days paid vacation, hybrid work, and a dog-friendly Berlin office
- Work-life balance support including a potential four-day week if needed
