Hi, I’m Vlad - Principal Product Designer with over 10 years of experience building world-class digital products and design teams. I’ve worked with brands like Wix, DeviantArt, Intel, MoneyLion, Bolt, Subway and many more. I’m looking for an ambitious Middle UI/UX Designer who’s hungry to grow, take ownership, and push boundaries. Not someone who wants “just another job,” but someone who wants to become a true captain in UI/UX design.

💼 What you’ll do:
Create products from scratch to final design and prototype.
Illustrate ideas through user flows, storyboards, and site maps.
Work with our design system and continuously improve it.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Create shots and cases for the team’s portfolio on Dribbble.
Create UI layouts and prototypes.
Create awesome animations (Figma, Jitter, AE, Lottie).
Create digital products.
Identify and solve UX pain points.
Work with client feedback and bring designs to perfection.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ve already worked as a UI/UX Designer / Product Designer and have a portfolio (including motion) that proves it.
Figma is like Spotify for music: you can’t live without it.
You can quickly build interfaces like LEGO using ready-made components.
You create wireframes (low-fi) and understand the Atomic Design approach.
You know iOS and Android guidelines and popular UI/UX patterns.
You know how to work with AI (Figma AI, Jitter AI, and others) to speed up your work and analyze data, design, and hypotheses.
You have a strong visual taste and create stylish UI that stands out.
You can communicate effectively, defend your ideas, and work both as part of a team and fully autonomously.
You’re ready to work in a dynamic startup environment.
It’s a plus if you have:
Experience in FinTech, e-commerce, creator services, Web3, or mobile applications.
Completed design courses.
Education in design / IT / marketing / related fields.
💰 What we offer:
100% remote: work from anywhere in the world.
8-hour working day (10:00–18:00 CET).
Salary $450–$600 (fixed + KPI bonuses) depending on interview results.
