Job Summary
We’re looking for experienced UI/UX Designers with 4+ years of professional experience to join fast-growing international companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a product-minded designer who combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn complex requirements into intuitive, polished digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and/or mobile products.
- Own the design process from user flows, wireframes, and prototypes through to high-fidelity UI.
- Translate business and user requirements into thoughtful UX solutions.
- Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate the reasoning behind design decisions.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate rapidly while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across products and platforms.
- Stay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, and digital product standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects and polished final designs.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience creating and working with design systems.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable collaborating remotely with international, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work effectively with limited supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, FinTech, MarTech, EdTech, or other technology products.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and developer handoff workflows.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or data-informed design iterations.
