UI/UX Designer

About the Role

At Rubiscape, we believe that true data democratization begins with world-class user experience. We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design the next generation of our low-code/no-code visual workspaces, making predictive data analytics and machine learning modeling accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities

• Create elegant user journeys, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and intuitive UI layouts for Rubiscape’s web interfaces and design systems.
  
• Translate complex technical data lifecycles—such as ETL pipeline tracking, IoT stream monitoring, and neural network configurations—into clean, scannable visual workflows.
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing with both business analysts and advanced data scientists to eliminate UI friction points.
  

Requirements

• 3–6 years of UI/UX design experience, with a compelling portfolio showcasing complex B2B enterprise software, dashboard layouts, or developer tools.
  
• Advanced mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design system practices.
