UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-depth qualitative research through stakeholder interviews, observational studies, and ethnographic methods to uncover user needs and behavioural insights
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours, translating insights into actionable design solutions
• Create and refine end-to-end user journeys, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction
• Develop high-fidelity interface designs aligned with established design systems, ensuring consistency across digital products and platforms
• Validate design concepts through usability testing and iterative improvements, leveraging user feedback and data-driven insights to optimize the user experience

Requirements

• Min. of 5 years’ experience in service design, UX research, or related user-centred design disciplines

• Track record of effective collaboration with developers and successful design implementation or a key contributor to the success of the products that have been launched
• Proficiency in design tools e.g., Figma/Miro

• A portfolio (Website, PDF, Google Slides, Figma, etc.) that demonstrates your design process
