# UI/UX Designer ## Job Summary We are seeking a talented **UI/UX Designer** with **2-5 years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. This role is based in **New Delhi** and involves working closely with the client, **Skergo**, to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with business goals. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products. - Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail. - Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively to team members and clients. - Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. ## Experience - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably working on digital products or services. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients. ## Environment - Work location: New Delhi. - The role may involve working in an office setting or a hybrid model depending on company policies. - Collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on innovation and user-centric design.
