產品團隊是推動 KICKS CREW 產品持續進化的核心。身為 UI/UX 產品設計師，你將負責設計 KICKS CREW 網站與行動 App 的使用體驗，並主導所有互動體驗，核心重點在於易用性。
Our Product Team drives KICKS CREW's ever-evolving product. As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will design KICKS CREW's website and mobile app experiences and own all interactive experiences, with a core focus on usability.

【職務概述　Role Overview】

KICKS CREW 正在尋找具備網頁與行動裝置設計經驗的 UI/UX 產品設計師加入產品團隊。你將擔任設計專家，能獨立負責專案、帶領設計師，並與產品經理及工程師合作，為旗下所有品牌打造顧客體驗。
KICKS CREW is looking for a UI/UX Product Designer with web and mobile experience to join our Product Team. You will be a design expert who can independently own projects, manage designers, and work with product managers and engineers to shape the customer experience across all of our brands.

【工作內容　Responsibilities】

-為網站及行動 App 設計直覺且具視覺吸引力的使用者介面，確保提供流暢的使用體驗。
Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile apps, ensuring a seamless user experience.

-與產品經理、工程師及相關利害關係人緊密合作，理解專案需求並轉化為有效的設計方案。
Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into effective design solutions.

-執行使用者研究、分析使用者回饋並進行易用性測試，持續優化平台的易用性與功能。
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and run usability tests to keep improving the usability and functionality of our platforms.

-製作線框圖（Wireframe）、原型（Prototype）與視覺稿（Mockup），清楚傳達設計概念與互動流程。
Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions clearly.

-掌握產業趨勢、新興設計工具與最佳實務，持續改善設計流程，打造領先的使用體驗。
Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools and best practices to keep improving our design process and deliver cutting-edge experiences.

【必備條件　Requirements】

-3 年以上數位產品設計經驗（網頁及 App）。
3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and app).

-擁有完整的產品設計作品集，包含細緻的互動設計，以及資訊架構（IA）、線框圖、視覺設計規格與產品風格指南（Style Guide）的製作經驗。
A strong product design portfolio with detailed interactions, including information architecture (IA), wireframes, visual design specs and product style guides.

-能跨平台設計（網頁、行動裝置、iOS、Android），以可擴充的設計系統思維，而非一次性解法。
Ability to design across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, iOS and Android, thinking in scalable systems rather than one-off solutions.

-優秀的英文書寫與口語溝通能力，能清楚傳達想法並說明成果。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and explain results clearly.

-精通 Figma、Claude Code、Codex、Storybook 等設計與 AI 工具。
Proficient in design and AI tools such as Figma, Claude Code, Codex, and Storybook.

-熱愛球鞋文化，並了解時尚與設計趨勢者佳。
A passion for sneaker culture and knowledge of fashion and design trends is a plus.
