UI/UX Designer
NewBe an early applicant- Lead
the end-to-end design process for complex web applications and mobile
application (iOS/Android), ensuring a seamless and intuitive user
experience.
- Develop,
maintain, and scale comprehensive design systems, standard, and reusable
design components to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital
products.
- Collaborate
with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional and
user-centered designs.
- Collaborate
with Data Engineers to transform complex data into clear, insightful, and
visually appealing dashboards.
- Research
and apply the latest UI/UX trends and emerging technologies to keep the
digital ecosystem modern and competitive.
- Proactively
be involved in the design process of various IT solutions to ensure a
consistent and positive user experience across all systems.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to
gather insights and continuously improve designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Visual
Communication Design (DKV), or related fields
- Minimum
3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or similar roles
- Strong
understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory,
layout)
- Proficiency
in wireframing and prototyping (low to high fidelity)
- Experience
in user research and user behavior analysis
- Highly
proficient in design tools such as Figma (or similar)
- Solid
understanding of Information Architecture and user flows
- Familiar
with web, mobile applications, and emerging technologies (e.g. IoT)
