UI/UX Developer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  
• Collaborate with application teams to define and develop modern visual design concepts
  
• Execute end-to-end UI design activities from ideation to final delivery
  
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interface concepts that enhance usability
  
• Develop user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction designs
  
• Present design concepts, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders
  
• Incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to refine UI designs
  
• Establish and maintain UI guidelines, best practices, and design standards
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  
• Proven track record in designing UI/UX for complex applications
  
• Strong experience in creating user flows, process flows, and site maps
  
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar
  
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping
  
• Demonstrated ability to design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to UI challenges
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Up-to-date with modern UI trends, tools, and technologies
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles
  
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication
  
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
  
• Strong attention to detail and visual design expertise
  
• Familiarity with design systems, UI standards, and usability best practices
