Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and research-driven UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern design tools, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

· Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

· Build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.

· Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

· Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

· Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

· Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

· Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.

· Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design practices.

Required Skills

· Strong proficiency in Figma.

· Expertise in wireframing, mockups, and interactive prototyping.

· Strong understanding of UX principles, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking.

· Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.

· Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

· Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.

· Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries.

· Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI-powered applications.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is a plus.

· Experience working with developer handoff processes and design documentation.
