Team Overview​
KPMG is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer specializing in Figma, Adobe XD to join our dynamic team. As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing user experience across a wide range of digital products and services. You will leverage your expertise in Figma and other design tools to create intuitive, user-centered designs that meet the strategic objectives of our clients and stakeholders.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.​
  • Identify design problems and device elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.​
  • Use Figma to its fullest capabilities to create dynamic prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.​
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure a cohesive visual language and user experience across all digital touchpoints.​
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gain insight, validate concepts, and make informed design decisions.​
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UI/UX best practices and trends, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.​
  • Present and defend your design decisions to internal and external stakeholders, articulating and rationalizing your creative vision based on user needs and business goals.​
  • Participate in client workshops and presentations, effectively communicating the value of design thinking and user-centered design principles.​
  • Capable of working independently while also excelling as a team player.​

Mandatory technical & functional skills

  • Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools, with an emphasis on Figma.​
  • Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and an understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.​
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.​
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and negotiate design decisions.

Preferred technical & functional skills

  • Prior consulting experience or experience working in a professional services environment is preferred​

Educational qualifications ​

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.​ ​

Work experience​

  • 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Figma and other design tools..
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
