UIUX Designer
You will design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will create user flows, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; collaborate with product managers and developers; iterate from feedback and data; maintain design systems; document specifications; participate in design reviews; and use AI tools to accelerate ideation and repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers to understand product goals, user needs, and business requirements
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and app
- Work with developers to align implementation with the design vision
- Iterate based on user feedback and data
- Improve product usability and aesthetics
- Maintain and optimize design systems
- Communicate design decisions and document UX/UI specifications
