UKG Pro WFM Specialist / Business Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to play a key role in the delivery of a large scale workforce management transformation program.

This position will support the design, configuration, testing and implementation of an enterprise wide rostering, timekeeping and leave management solution. Working within a complex and diverse environment, you will collaborate with project stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams and end users to ensure the successful deployment of a fit-for-purpose workforce management platform.

The successful candidate will bring strong UKG Pro WFM expertise and a hands on approach to solution design, configuration, testing and business engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist UKG Pro WFM expertise across functional design, configuration, testing and implementation activities.

  • Support solution workshops, requirements validation and functional design sessions.

  • Advise stakeholders on UKG Pro WFM capabilities and best-practice workforce management processes.

  • Review and recommend configuration options, business rules and functional settings.

  • Translate business and operational requirements into practical system solutions.

  • Contribute to configuration workbooks, documentation and process mapping activities.

  • Support system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.

  • Assist with defect management, issue resolution and deployment readiness activities.

  • Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, testing teams, data specialists and integration resources.

  • Develop knowledge transfer materials and support training activities for administrators and end users.

  • Identify project risks, configuration issues and process improvement opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a UKG Pro WFM Specialist, Functional Consultant, SME or Business Analyst within UKG Pro Workforce Management or Kronos environments.

  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes including:

    • Time & Attendance

    • Scheduling / Rostering

    • Leave & Accruals

    • Workforce Analytics

    • Forecasting

    • Activities Management

    • Integrations

  • Experience supporting large scale system implementation or transformation programs.

  • Strong requirements gathering and process analysis capabilities.

  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations and functional outcomes.

  • Experience supporting testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.

Desirable

  • UKG Pro WFM certification.

  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Management implementations.

  • Exposure to enterprise workforce transformation programs within large, complex organisations.
