Are you passionate about quality, problem solving, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a UKI Market Quality Coordinator to join our Market Quality team and play a critical role in protecting Mars, our customers, and consumers across the UK & Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build expertise across quality, supply chain, logistics, and operations while working with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders. You'll be at the heart of ensuring our products meet the highest standards, leading investigations, driving corrective actions, supporting audits, and championing continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key quality contact for UK & Ireland warehouses and logistics service providers, ensuring quality issues are managed effectively and resolved to root cause.
• Support and govern Hold & Release processes, ensuring compliance with Mars quality standards and Technical & Supply Standards requirements.
• Lead quality incident and non-conformance management activities, including CAPA tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Conduct root cause investigations and identify opportunities to strengthen processes, improve compliance, and prevent recurrence.
• Deliver quality reviews and support corrective action programmes with third-party logistics partners.
• Support day-to-day market quality activities, including inventory quality queries, temperature excursions, returns management, and product release decisions.
• Support factory investigations, product incidents, and market actions, ensuring effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve customer and trade complaints, ensuring robust assessment, escalation, and closure processes are followed.
• Lead and support logistics service provider quality audits, ensuring findings are addressed and closed in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Market Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related operational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience investigating issues and identifying sustainable solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
• Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively across multiple teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, train, and support stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, CAPA processes, or compliance frameworks would be advantageous.
• SAP knowledge or experience with similar business systems is desirable.
• A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a tangible impact on business performance and customer experience.
