The Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property. Officers monitor premises, enforce site policies, patrol designated areas, respond to incidents, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned properties.

Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points.

Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security violations.

Complete incident, accident, and daily activity reports accurately and timely.

Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement, fire, or medical personnel when necessary.

Enforce client and company policies and procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.

Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity.

Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, when applicable.

Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
