Position Available: Part Time Unarmed Security Officer - FANUC America Corporation in Oakland County, MI
Schedules Available:
- Saturday, 3:15pm to 11:15pm and Sunday, 7:15am to 3:15pm
- Thursday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm and Sunday-Monday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Wage: $18.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned premises on foot or by vehicle to deter and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized persons, or suspicious activity.
- Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras.
- Control access to facilities by verifying identification and credentials.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
- Document incidents, daily activities, and security irregularities in clear, accurate, and timely written reports.
- Enforce property rules and regulations professionally and courteously.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees, visitors, and the public.
- Assist in evacuations or other safety procedures in emergencies.
- Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of conduct and appearance.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- You must pass a background check and any required licensing or training.
- You must pass a drug screening.
