Front Desk Receptionist
$21.00 p/h
As the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, a Front Desk Receptionist oversees front office operations, delivers administrative assistance, and maintains a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Visitor Greeting & Reception: Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly, offer directions or information, and ensure a positive initial impression of the company
- Communication Management: Promptly handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct telephone calls
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment schedules, maintain calendars, and organize conference rooms or shared facilities
- Administrative Support: Handle routine clerical duties, including mail distribution, document creation, data entry, filing, and office supply management
- Security & Compliance: Enforce core safety protocols, issue visitor badges, log guest arrivals, and monitor entryway access
- Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception desk and lobby areas neat, organized, and properly stocked with supplies
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Deliver exceptional service to guests and clients, address minor concerns, and escalate complex issues when required
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have Nevada Security License PILB
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!
