Patrol Solutions - Unarmed Security Guard - San Francisco
This position is located in the Tenderloin of San Francisco, CA.
You must have reliable transportation to and from San Francisco, CA.
Pay:
• Starting pay $26.50 per hour with the possibility of overtime.
Available Schedules:
Option One:
- Monday 1300-1700 & Tuesday 1330-1930 (10 hrs weekly - Part Time position)
Option Two:
- Wednesday - Friday 1300-1900 (18 hrs weekly - Part Time position)

This position requires a strong commitment to professionalism, respect, dignity and informed interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Your presence as a security officer plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals accessing services.
Experience:
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, patients, visitors and employees.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor assigned areas for safety and security concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management procedures.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, disturbances and safety concerns.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills when addressing sensitive situations.
• Complete accurate incident reports and include required documentation
• Treat all individuals with dignity, professionalism and respect, regardless of gender identity, general expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, disability or any other protected characteristics.
