Unarmed Security Officer Weekends 1st Shift

North State Security Group is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for a weekend, 1st shift position in Charlotte, NC. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety.
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Flex (fill in when needed for call outs or vacancies, including weekends and overnights)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor client property and observe client activities to maintain a safe environment
- Monitor individuals admitted to client site and stay attentive and responsive to surroundings at all times
- Perform routine patrols
- Observe and report suspicious behavior or activities that may impact safety or operations
- Respond appropriately to altercations or other incidents
- Obtain statements, document incidents, and complete detailed reports accurately and professionally
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment and reliability
- Ability to work assigned schedule and assist with additional shifts if needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
