【薪資與福利】
薪資：時薪 $200 起（依表現調薪）

【工作內容】
1. 外場服務（核心）：

專業接待： 提供帶位服務、酒水單介紹，並與客人建立良好互動。

主動服務： 隨時觀察客人的需求（如：補水、撤盤），提供流暢的服務。

環境維護： 隨時注意環境整潔，包括桌面、座位區及公共區域的即時清理。

結帳收銀： 負責準確的帳務處理與閉店環境清潔。

2. 酒水與吧檯支援：

專業知識學習： 學習各類酒水專業知識與經典調酒 (Classic Cocktails) 的背景與調製。

吧檯前置準備： 協助吧檯人員準備備料（如：切果、處理裝飾物、補冰、洗杯）。

吧檯清潔： 維持吧檯內外的極致整潔，並協助清點酒水庫存。

Wage: Starting from $200/hr.

【Responsibilities】
1. Floor Service (Focus on Detail):

Guest Interaction: Greeting, seating, and introducing our curated spirits and drink menu.

Attentive Service: Anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience.

Cleanliness: Constant attention to venue cleanliness and maintaining a tidy environment at all times.

Operations: Handling payments, table settings, and closing duties.

2. Spirits & Bar Support:

Product Knowledge: Gaining expertise in spirits and the history/techniques of Classic Cocktails.

Bar Prep: Assisting with garnishes, ice management, and polishing glassware.

Organization: Ensuring the bar area stays spotless and assisting with inventory management.
