The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting student or recent graduate to put their studies into practice and launch their career. Flexible full-time or part-time hours will be considered to accommodate study commitments, along with a competitive salary, ongoing training and support towards professional qualifications such as CPA or CA. Based in our Brisbane office, the successful candidate will report to the Financial Analyst for the construction division and work in an experienced team of professionals to deliver accurate monthly reporting and analysis for the business.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current enrolment in or recent completion of tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline;
• Previous experience in a tax or commercial accounting setting would be advantageous;
• Previous experience in computerised accounting software such as Jobpac is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software;
• Results driven with excellent attention to detail;
• A proactive team player;
