Wilkes University invites applicants for a full-time Undergraduate Financial Aid Counselor in the Student Financial Services Office. This position supports undergraduate students and families by assisting with financial aid processes and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.

The successful candidate is responsible for providing high-quality customer service; advising students and families on financial aid opportunities; conducting needs analysis and packaging aid; reviewing FAFSA data and determining eligibility; processing federal verification; responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; collaborating with campus partners; supporting enrollment initiatives; participating in orientations and events; and maintaining accurate records and efficient processing of financial aid programs.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, finance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial aid regulations, experience with systems such as Microsoft Office and Banner, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
