Undergraduate Sales Advisor (temporary replacement)

About the role

At the Universidad CEU San Pablo, we are looking for an Undergraduate Sales Advisor to join the Admissions team during a temporary replacement.

What you'll do

• Telephone contact and follow-up with candidates requesting information about an Undergraduate degree.
• Management of candidates and opportunities in CRM.
• Telephone contact and follow-up with candidates requesting admission to an Undergraduate degree.
• Enrollment guidance and document management.
• Contact with faculty members participating in the admission process and full control of candidates throughout the conversion funnel.
• Actions with schools.
• In-person assistance to candidates visiting the university, presence at fairs, and attendance at virtual events such as open days.

Education & certifications

• Higher-level vocational training (Higher National Diploma).

Languages

• English B2/C1

Experience

• Previous experience in the education sector, in sales and/or telemarketing roles will be positively valued
• Experience in CRM management.
• Commercial experience.
• Good command of office tools
