Undergraduate Trainee - Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an Intern Talent Acquisition to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Acquisition team's daily activities. Intern - Talent Acquisition include recruitment administration and supporting HR life cycle activities. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update the Applicant Tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare Talent Acquisition related reports as needed
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Creating attractive flyers, presentations according to the IFS branding guidelines
- Be an undergraduate in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or an equivalent discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.
- Be available for a full-time 06-month internship
