Metro RF Services Inc. is actively hiring Underground Telecom Construction Laborers to support expanding fiber optic and utility infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. We have steady work, immediate openings, and opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles quickly.
ALL WORK WILL BE in the Los Angeles County & Surrounding Areas, CA
Pay: $22 – $32 per hour (depaending on experience)
Additional Pay: Overtime, potential prevailing wage projects ($35–$60+ total package when applicable)
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with underground fiber optic and conduit installation
- Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, and jobsite prep
- Support placement of HDPE, conduit, handholes, and vaults
- Load/unload materials and maintain tools/equipment
- Work alongside operators, drill crews, and foremen
- Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
- Work outdoors in all conditions on active construction sites
