We are looking for experienced General Insurance / Reinsurance / Insurance Brokerage professionals to join a regional insurance operations team.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for candidates with experience in Property & Casualty, General Insurance, Reinsurance or Global Programmes.

📋 What You'll Be Doing

Submission & Renewal
• Coordinate with shared services teams for quote creation and name clearance
• Ensure timely and accurate binding or declinature of quotes
• Manage assigned insurance account portfolios

Policy Implementation
• Process premiums accurately and within required timelines
• Work closely with Underwriting to ensure smooth handover of new and renewed accounts
• Review information received to ensure completeness for policy processing
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the underwriting document management system
• Process RI premiums, commissions and tax bookings
• Support Credit Control with premium collection

Policy Maintenance
• Process mid-term endorsements and certificates of insurance
• Monitor premium collection and ensure accurate system updates
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Middle Office and Shared Services
• Respond to requests from clients and brokers and escalate to Underwriting where required
• Ensure change requests are properly reviewed and approved before implementation

📊 Operations & Process Improvement
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Develop strong knowledge of insurance systems, processes and guidelines
• Maintain high data quality and accuracy standards
• Support projects, UAT and process improvement initiatives
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Prepare regular reports on policy issuance progress, highlighting issues and areas requiring attention
