Summary
Intern investigates SAP system issues, proposes fixes, tests solutions, and documents changes for a tech-focused company in Singapore.
- Investigate reported problems and errors within the SAP system
- Initiate amendments and conduct testing to ensure correct system operation
- Propose effective workarounds and alternative solutions
- Estimate resources and costs required to implement solutions
- Develop and execute unit test packages
- Perform data profiling and analyse affected data
- Assist in integration testing, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation
- Assist in project management administration
- Ensure overall client satisfaction
- Pursuing studies in Computer Science or related engineering fields.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tool (eg. Excel)
- Knowledge in one or more frontend framework (HTML5/Angular/React JS).
- Knowledge in one or more backend languages (Java/.NET/Python/PHP/C++).
