- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unica Campaign & Unica Interact
- Strong Java development and coding skills
- Experience with complex Unica flowcharts and campaign logic
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases
Preferred:
- RESTful API and system integration experience
- Knowledge of marketing automation and data-driven marketing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of data-driven marketing concepts
