Unified Access Management – L2
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate IGA systems with various enterprise systems, such as Active
Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based applications.
• Configure and manage application integrations using out-of-the-box
connectors, flat file integrations, and custom connectors.
• Perform account and entitlement aggregation from connected applications
into Saviynt.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline identity management
processes
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate
them into technical solutions.
• Performing all implementation tasks using workflow and administrative
activities for Saviynt (or other IGA products).
• Assist with documentation and maintain run books for operational activities;
prepare how-to guides for end users and application owners to address
frequently asked questions and common self-service activities.
• Implement and configure Saviynt Identity Governance platform for
application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g.,
GDPR, HIPAA) while developing IGA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management,
security, and operations, to deliver end-to-end IGA solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IGA systems, resolving performance issues and
ensuring the system operates efficiently and securely.
• Perform project requests, assignments and deliverables for platform-specific
implementations.
• Interface with users and L1 analysts to resolve incidents, issues and requests.
Work with users to address their concerns, follow run books for issue
resolution
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related
field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or
JavaScript.
• Experience with identity management standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth,
OpenID Connect).
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud IAM
solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot
complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
