Job Responsibilities

• Support and manage procurement activities based on business requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the procurement process.
• Support sourcing, tender and vendor evaluation activities.
• Assist with the preparation of procurement and commercial documents.
• Manage vendor engagement and support contract-related activities.
• Conduct commercial evaluations and support negotiation activities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and requirements.
• Support vendor and procurement risk management.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and information in relevant systems.
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Support process improvement and other procurement-related initiatives.

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience preferred
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management or category management highly advantageous
