The primary purpose of this position is: To function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel within the Air Operations Group, i.e., three squadrons and two detachments are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements.
Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities. Performs analysis activities. Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program. Ensures personnel readiness.
