Drive the financial planning and support the formulation of the short term and medium term business plan for the Center. Ensure operational efficiency and fiscal discipline by developing and implementing appropriate processes and systems in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures |

- Drive financial planning and support the creation of short-term and medium-term business plans for the Center.
- Ensure operational efficiency and fiscal discipline by developing and implementing suitable processes and systems.
- Stay updated with statutory requirements, corporate policies, and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for financial planning and analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard financial assets.
- Oversee and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent understanding of statutory requirements, corporate policies, and financial regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
